Terms of Sale

These terms apply to orders placed in the K-Syran shop at k-syran.com/shop. The shop is run by K-Syran's management, Intimacy Records (“we”, “us”). Contact: dan@intimacyrecords.co.uk.

Orders

When you check out you're making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when payment is taken and you receive an order confirmation email. Items are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Product images

Product images are digital mock-ups. Colours and print placement on the finished item may vary slightly due to screen settings and the printing process.

Delivery, returns and refunds

See Delivery & Returns. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

All artwork, logos and designs are owned by K-Syran or licensed to us, including the Rocky's Adventure illustrations by Martina Selway. Buying a product doesn't grant any right to reproduce the artwork.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
